NTN Is Passionate About Local Area Tennis - Just Llike You!
NTNers are passionate about tennis! We have designed everything around local area tennis. From informal play to flex ladders, teams, and tournaments. NTN is designed to make local tennis fun and and for ways to improve your game (there are numerous online tools & modules on NTN). We are different than other tennis organizations in that all of our activities are centered around bettering your tennis skills while having fun and meeting other local area adult tennis players.
What Is NTN - Who Belongs To NTN? Why You Should Belong Today
NTN’s mission is to offer better tennis more often (BTMO) on a local area level. NTN is run like a non-profit with all membership fees and proceeds funneled back into local area NTN Chapters to improve and increase the level of adult tennis play. NTN members are comprised of adult men and women tennis players rated (NTN Levels Of Play - LP) 2.5 to 5.0 (ages 18 to 90+).
We're Not Like The Other Guys! NTN Is Focused On Local Area Tennis
Everything about NTN Tennis is different than other tennis organizations. We pride ourselves on our "tennis culture" - more fun and fair in competition and a lot more ways to connect locally with other adult tennis players, awesome online tools that really improve your game. Also all of our revenues go back into supporting LOCAL AREA tennis. We support you - the local area tennis player who just wants to have better tennis more often, have fun without attitude, and compete with other local adult players with like skills. We think you will like the "tennis culture" at NTN Tennis.
Local Chapters - Play In Your Area! Virtually No Travel Time To Play Tennis
Local Chapters usually contain 100 to 1000 local area adult members. Matches and practices are in your local area (within 20 minutes travel time)! Courts, players, and instructors are local! Every local Chapter is assigned an internal NTN Advisor who keep things on track. Each local Chapter also has members who serve as NTN Ambassadors - they assist new NTNers (members) get integrated, and assist with NTN functions and events.
Local Tennis Facilities & Courts - Play On Your Local Area Courts
A comprehensive list of local tennis courts and facilities in your local Chapter area – each facility location gives the number of courts, court amenities, facility updates and if courts are currently available and updates! Also check for Wanna Play? postings/requests for that court/facility from other local area Chapter members.
Inexpensive Membership, Easy To Use Robust Online Tools And Modules
Our website is very easy to use and full of online tools for the local area tennis player. We offer low priced annual memberships ($79). We will assist you with accessing your NTN Level Of Play (2.5 to 5.0) so that you play with others within your tennis skill set - informal play, flex ladders, tournaments, and team functions. NTN Tennis is run like a non profit and all revenues generated go back into local area play for adult tennis players.
Wanna Play? Get Matches, Practice Sessions, Drills - Anytime Locally
Want to get a game or practice session today at 11:30AM or next Tuesday around 7PM? Submit a Wanna Play posting and find other local Chapter members/players quickly who want to play singles, doubles, mixed doubles, etc.! This is a great way to meet others and get all the tennis you need locally. You select the date (up to 7 days in the future), time(s), local court location and if you want to play a match or just practice or run some drills.
Buddy Me & NTN Buddy Cards - Find Your Local Tennis Buddies Fast
Build your own list of local area Chapter “tennis buddies” to communicate with – Wanna Play? requests, teams, groups, etc. Share your tennis technique/matches/lesson videos with them, keep scores and/or notes on match/practices for later reference. Pass out “Buddy Cards” to fellow NTN members (NTNers) (and potential new NTN members) with your name and contact info so you can connect with them in the future for playing matches or practice sessions.
Private Messaging System - All Your Tennis Communication In One Place
Send private online messages (an email notification is also sent) to your Buddy List, Team, Groups, etc. Easy to use, all your communication for NTN Tennis is online and visible within your account. NTN Members Receive FREE 1 Gigabyte (GB) of video (mp4 format at 720 dpi setting - approximately 2 hours of video) storage space (NTN video locker) to upload and review match play, lessons, technique, stroke analysis, etc. Additional online storage space can be purchased monthly.
